動作の頻度を表す場合にも前置詞は使われません。これも言語習慣です。
She goes shopping in town once a week. （彼女は週に１度町へ買い物に出かける）
I call my mother about twice a month.（私は一カ月に２回くらい母に電話します）
The conference is held once a year.（その会議は年に１回開催されます）
